Guiding People in The Church
Combining 'The Great Commission' by Jesus (Matthew 28:18-20) with Sherry Weddell's methodology of accepting volunteers with charisms, we propose a theological alignment. This alignment is intentional, as Jesus instructs the Disciples and as a result, the four functions of the Church in today's Parish, creates a unified mission that we all contribute to.

The Four Functions of the Church
Participation takes different forms according to people’s different gifts and offices, but there is a fundamental obligation arising from the sacrament of Baptism (cf. Pope John Paul II, Christifideles Laici, 15): that people place their gifts, their resources—their selves—at God’s service in and through the Church.

-
Managing Priorities
The Christian mission derives from Matthew 28:1-16 “Go out and make disciples of all nations.” Hefty work, huh? But the mission is not a to-do list.
